Steven, David, and I went to Ollies today cause rain canceled our OSU trip. But good riding went down regardless. I did a couple new tricks and flowed around the entire park. Steven did a few 180 bars. And David did probally the biggest gap in the entire park. Literally.

And the previous Monday. David, Andrew, and I went to check out the new Terre Haute skatepark. Which is mildly small, but very very fun, unique and overall different. ISU campus also shows a few spots throughout campus, but not many. And one spot that is generally hidden. Haha. Enjoy the edit.

me junebug and jerry went up to Michigan to hang out with the guys at albes and ride modern skatepark. jerry filmed some really good stuff at the park, we hung out at the shop and did an interview for albes in flips basement. on the way home the roads got really bad really fast, junebug hit a patch of ice, and we ended up going into the ditch sideways at about 35 mph. jerry somehow managed to get us out with junebugs 4 wheel drive.

went to florence kentucky yesterday and rode the outdoor, which was fun even though it was to windy to accomplish anything, then headed to ollies and met up with mullen and all the indy guys. jerry figured out how to use his camera in low light, the footie looks superb.

went to ride ollies yesterday with jerry coleman josh and junebug. we got there and the sesh was going pretty well. then i went to manual to nose manual down the hubba, pulled it but when i landed my cranks broke, my knee rubbed up against the portion of the crank that was still on the bike and sliced my knee to the bone.

then me and jerry headed to the ER and i got 10 stitches. while we where gone coleman almost pulled barspins, josh got an invert to his shoulder, he has the scuff mark on his shirt to prove it and bug went faster than anyone else around the bowl.

went to the shitluck jam in louisville on friday night with josh coleman little baby tyler and cram. super fun time. i got 3rd in bunny hop contest. josh got 4th in the foot race. little baby tyler almost won king of the mountain and had his hands literally on the shitluck magnolia frame but couldnt hold on. coleman wrestled around in the vert ramp during the product toss and almost got himself a new pair of forks. after the jam we got a hotel, things got ridiculous. the next morning we headed to florence, rode the outdoor park then started home. cram spent 45 dollars, in quarters this weekend....lets all be mature about this whole ordeal

Quick weekend summary, more to come later

Jeff K and Jake Giesel came down from Milwaukee to stay at the DRKN house. Too much fun to handle. Lots of great riding and good times. Heres a little play by play --- Thursday night we rode a bit of campus, chill session. Josh t-hanged condom rail, has been stepping up his game. Lots of good stuff coming from him, check the next edit for the proof.
Friday we rode in town then hit up anderson plaza and then rode with Karl in newcastle. Nick threw the hot bars over the salvation army rail hop and later Jeff K murdered the stairs in newcastle. After words shit got real rowdy at the house. Basically 25 frat boys vs. DRKN on the front porch/ yard/ street. Needless to say, DRKN took care of the situation with a few machete swings/ bricks and a 8 foot long 2x4. Moral of the story, frats = pussies.
Saturday Josh, david, jake and jeff rode indy and met up with the local crew there. David died.
Saturday night was this ...

Basically the best weekend ever had at the DRKN residence. Jake and Jeff are the best and Jake should be coming back soon before it snows to get his photo on. Some of his photos from this weekend should surface, they are shred gnar.

Florence Kentucky

Yesterday me steven nick josh and junebug headed to the outdoor park in florence. the trip started out with steve running over my foot and ankle in his car. def scary as fuck. but nothing was seriously hurt so its all good. love you steve. so we kept going and finally arrived at the park. everyone started shredding right when we got there. nick spotted up a huge wedge to double rail hop. turndowned it. me and him trained it. and i tobogganed it. steve feebled a super skinny round rail and grinded his biggest rail yet. josh did a super slow wedge to wedge hang 5 & junebug learned crank arm slides and pulled one clean in a line first try. then we heard of a contest in northern kentucky so we headed up there to see what it was all about.

we got to the contest and junebug got to meet jamie bestwick. i made small talk with spinner, zack warden and anthony napolitan. def a lol situation. and we almost got nick to run across the vert ramp for $240
