Danscomp emailed me back today and said that they are sending me some promo stuff for the jam. Nothing super fancy, but a few t shirts, stickers, catalogs and a banner or two. At least we will have a bit more to throw out to the participants.
Im working on the flyer. Im painfully slow with photoshopping anything, but ill have it done before april I promise.
Nick's aunt hooked us up with a few nice sized posters for our jam. No specific details on 'em, but they have the basics and will be posted at the plaza and solutions and i dunno? Thanks to nick for getting that done.
Junar was able to talk to Lamar from rage to hash out the details on running a jam. Basically the city will let you get a loudspeaker permit and do whatever for free, they just make you cover the $1,000 insurance fee. Fuck that. We will just run it and I doubt the police will want to fuck with it. IF they get shitty, we only have to pack up loudspeakers or whatnot, they cant stop people from riding. So either way, it will go down, it will be rowdy, police will show up, it will be fun, and there will be blood in the rail jam.
